Our Story

Order Processing and Handling

Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, our team begins preparing your pallet (s) for shipment.
Processing Time: Typically 1-3 business days, depending on pallet type, warehouse load, and seller availability.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order enters the shipping queue.
What we do during the handling phase:
* Verify pallet condition and seller documentation
* Securely wrap and package each pallet
* Prepare all required export/shipping documents
* Coordinate with freight carriers for pickup

Shipping Methods

 1. LTL Freight (Less-Than-Truckload)
For smaller orders or single pallets.
* Delivery is made using commercial freight trucks.
* Liftgate service may be requested depending on location.

2. FTL Freight (Full Truckload)
